Mattie is a servant leader who enjoys spending her time, attention, and expertise helping others rise above the surface. With over 10 years of education and experience in public health, health informatics, and health administration, she works with others to navigate the systemic challenges of human systems and environments through health education and promotion, user experience, and operational support services.

Science, art, and technology have been central in shaping her passion for creativity, organization, quality improvement, and “big-picture” thinking. She prioritizes building trust through open dialogue, integrity, and authenticity, and she loves the depth of intellectual conversations that drive new meaning and change.
